Organic valerian essential oil is known for its strong aroma; a careful sniff reveals a sweet, slightly herbal scent within its intense fragrance. Traditionally used in Ayurveda, India, valerian is employed to soothe and calm nerve problems. It is an ancient herb specifically for severe insomnia, known for its powerful sleep-inducing properties, and is also frequently used to alleviate depression, anxiety, tension, and panic. Valerian is also highly effective in relieving nerve pain such as sciatica, helping to reduce inflammation and pain.

Valerian oil is very precious because it is produced in small quantities and requires long distillation. However, excessive use may cause temporary stagnation, so please use with caution.

Organic valerian essential oil 2 drops
sweet marjoram essential oil 2 drops
lavender essential oil 3 drops
sweet orange essential oil 2 drops
vetiver essential oil 1 drop
jojoba oil / Aloe vera gel 50ml

💪 Soothing massage oil (2%):
2 drops of organic valerian essential oil
2 drops of arnica essential oil
2 drops of lavender essential oil
15ml of jojoba oil
